"No Limits" - Strength Training
"NO LIMITS" is strength training education. This program incorporates weights and accessories to develop, train, and learn your body. "No limits" stimulates the body to push through current plateaus of fitness. Both form and mind-body techniques are addressed to ensure proper body development, all to the tune of heart pumping music and weighted exercises.
